Stephen Sondheim, titan of the American Musical, has died, age 91. It is only apt that ANIMO should pause and give thanks to a master of lyric, melody and so much soul. Can't think of a better way to immortalise Sondheim than this video. One quote from this video, written about Sondheim:
"Blank. A white page or canvas; his favourite. So many possibilities."
ANIMO will be performing a selection of Sondheim's songs from musicals including 'Sunday'.
